- Config-driven RPA across 70+ web portals: one engine fills forms on many external portals; a new portal is added as configuration, not new bot code. Each portal is a JSON config stored in MongoDB and edited in an in-house workflow editor, so config changes never need a redeploy. 3,000+ submissions, 94% success rate, 1,200+ hours saved (as of October 2026). Built with Python, Node.js, Playwright, FastAPI, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, Docker and AWS ECS. People handle OTPs, CAPTCHAs and uploads; every failure is classified automatically.
- Markdown Extractor: an AI agent (Hermes) writes a scraper for each website; every scraper turns pages into clean Markdown stored in S3; a second agent answers plain-language questions from those files. Python, Playwright, FastAPI, APScheduler, React, MongoDB, AWS S3, Docker.
- Subject Validator: AI-assisted QC of catalogue pages with multi-model selection (Gemini, Gemma, DeepSeek), a versioned prompt editor, an interactive text summary and JSON editor, and a subject identifier that auto-publishes only exact matches.
- Fees Validator: an AI summariser extracts and highlights fees from scraped pages; reviewers verify and apply a fee to all related intakes in one step. Together the two validators cut manual QC by 60-70%.
- Intake Watcher: home-built token-sort matching (no library) that reconciles course intakes between websites and the database into new, deleted, matched and modified. About 60% less manual reconciliation.
- Workflow automation with Slack alerts (about 35% faster turnaround), travel document (passport MRZ) validation with OpenCV and Tesseract, website change monitoring.
- S&P Global: a Python and Selenium crawler that found official social media handles across 3.4M+ company websites (about 160 FTE of research, $1.1M potential revenue); a financial filings crawler across 40+ U.S. state portals; ESG document scraping.
